Love Ranch Back Open
We told you last month that the Love Ranch has closed due to structural violations. Thankfully it looks as if those violations have been either taken care of or are in the process of being taken care of.
The Nye County Commission reinstated Hof’s license on a 2-1 vote. He has to make sure that the outstanding violations (like smoke detector upgrades) on the condition that within 30 days he correct several violations found during a follow-up inspection last week.
“The bottom line is we’re open and we’re going forward,” Hof said. “We’ll wrap up all the little things that the state fire marshal wanted…It’s all very simple stuff.”
Why would these little things get to the point of closure?
Hof said the closing out about 30 people out of work. Remember, not only do brothels employ the very lovely working ladies, they also have a support staff that relies on it being open! We feel for everyone involved and don’t want to see any more brothels close, temporarily or permanently.
